因氣候暖和而使得葡萄生長得特別好，有如義大利的托斯卡尼般
所以我也稱之為捷克的托斯卡尼ＴＵＳＣＡＮＹ　ＯＦ　ＣＺＥＣＨ

眾山葡萄園圍繞著茲諾伊摩鎮，使得該鎮以種植葡萄為生，造就了許多工作機會
也讓這小鎮的經濟比其他捷克小鎮來得好，再加上接近奧地利，
許多奧地利人也會到這裡渡假，也來這裡品嚐美酒。

一面品嚐美酒一面欣賞漂亮的田園風景，這不是人生一大享受嗎？



一個建造於11世紀的夢幻城堡如今城為了一個葡萄酒釀造廠




特別的城堡釀酒廠是不是很想快點進去探個究竟呢？

外部看起來老舊，斑白脫落的外牆更讓我想馬上到釀酒廠裡看看，
到底跟我們想像的有什麼不一樣呢。。。。。

Monastery of Louka
The monumental Monastery of Louka (Loucký klášter), rented by Winery Znovín Znojmo, used to be a place of great historical importance. It dates back to 1192 when a Czech king Konrád Ota decided to establish it. Now there are around 650.000 bottles of selected varietal wines produced by the Winery Znovín Znojmo and stored here. Wine tasting in the medieval halls of the monastery is an unforgettable experience. There is a beautiful gallery in 2nd floor, Wine Mailing Office and the Wine Shop can be found in first floor. The visit of the monastery is included into a popular Wine programme organized by the winery called Znovín Znojmo Wine Tours. International conferences and workshops can be organized here too. There are 75 tables with 300 chairs in the main conference hall. The town of Znojmo offers several hotels for participants of conferences.

進入城堡裡，有沒有地窖的感覺呀？
紅磚砌成的牆很有味道，再加上牆上掛的畫更是別有一番風味。
在這裡還看不出來釀酒廠的感覺，所以再往下看其他的照片吧！






入城堡先看到的是釀造酒博物館，這裡全都介紹釀造酒的製作過程，同時也介紹城堡的歷史。





這裡就有地窖的感覺了吧？上萬瓶的葡萄酒都擺放在這裡
這地方非常的陰涼，溫度很適合放這些葡萄酒。

我非常喜歡這裡擺放葡萄酒的感覺~
